SHIPPING POLICY:

We partner with reliable third-party shippers who have extensive reach across India to ensure high-quality shipping services. Our goal is to provide the best shipping experience to our customers.

For orders over Rs. 500, shipping is free. If the order amount is lower, an estimated shipping charge will be applied. Premium delivery charges apply for express deliveries.

We strive to dispatch orders on the same day if received before 11 AM on a working day. Otherwise, the orders will be shipped within the next 2-3 working days. Once dispatched, we will share the shipment details for easy tracking.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

We take pride in our large customer base and aim to meet their expectations. In case a product does not meet your satisfaction, you can return it to us within 5 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition with all packaging, labels, and tags intact and unused. We will be happy to offer an exchange for the same product or one of similar value. If there is a minor differential amount of less than 5% of the product’s value, it will be charged or refunded to your wallet.

As a goodwill gesture, we do not charge any service or restocking fees for returns. However, if returns become repetitive, such charges may be levied. Reverse pickup for products over Rs 2000 within India or in case of size change is free. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return logistics. Please note that any loss or damage to goods during return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility. We reserve the right to inspect and assess returned items for exchange. If the returned item does not meet the above criteria, it may be sent back as-is. We highly recommend obtaining a Return Ticket ID from our team before initiating a return for smoother tracking, faster processing, and minimal errors.

UNBOXING VIDEO:

To ensure you have received your goods in good condition, we recommend making an unboxing video while accepting deliveries. This will serve as evidence if any transit damages occur.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

While we are not happy when orders are canceled, we understand that there can be genuine reasons for cancellation. We provide Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI) options that you may reconsider before canceling. In some cases, your order may have already been dispatched before we receive your cancellation instructions due to our prompt delivery process. In such cases, we may require you to bear one-way shipment charges, while we take care of the other half. However, if you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will be happy to accommodate the cancellation. Please contact us via phone or WhatsApp from Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and 6 PM for cancellations. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and National Holidays, and no shipments or cancellations take place on these days.

REPLACEMENT POLICY:

We strive to provide high-quality products that meet industry standards. However, given the nature of cricket and the materials used, there can be challenges. Cricket bats, in particular, can vary in their durability. Some bats can last for several seasons, while others may not last as long. We assist in such cases but do not guarantee that our bats are 100% durable. Please keep in mind the following:

– Minor or superficial cracks on the bat’s surface, edge, toe, or shoulder are normal considering the nature of usage.
– Using bats against bowling machines that use synthetic hard balls or in damp conditions is not recommended.
– The price of a bat does not necessarily indicate its durability.
– Adding extra layers of protection, such as self-adhesive tape for edges or face and a rubber strip on the toe, can help prolong the bat’s life. These accessories are available for purchase.
– It is advisable to break-in a bat gradually using a ball hammer or wood hammer, or by gently using it in the nets for a couple of weeks before using it extensively in a game.
– Bat-knocking machines may not be ideal as they apply consistent and high pressure, which can cause micro cracks over time.
– Using inexpensive balls can lead to cracks, splits, and breakages in the bat.
– Bats are designed for hitting leather balls and should not be used to vent anger or hit objects or people.
– Yorkers can be damaging to bats, so it’s important to be cautious.

PROTECTIVE GEAR:

Cricket is a game that involves fast-moving objects, and injuries can occur. While we aim to provide gear that minimizes injuries, it is impossible to eliminate them entirely. Please keep the following in mind:

– If protective gear shows signs of splitting at the stitches or ripping over time, repairs can often solve the issue. However, if this occurs within the initial few days of play without mishandling or inappropriate use, replacements can be considered.
– Normal wear and tear and extensive usage are not covered under warranty.
– Running around, diving, and other rigorous activities during gameplay can cause scrapes, tears, or splits in the gear.
– It is recommended to periodically clean the gear with a slightly moist white cloth, especially for white gear.
– If you sweat a lot, ensure that your sweaty gear is dry before storing it to prevent mold growth.
– Avoid drying gear in direct sunlight as it can damage the materials. Always dry gear in the shade to maintain its quality.

CRICKET SHOES:

We take full responsibility for recently-purchased shoes that show signs of upper tearing, stitches coming out, sole coming apart, or spikes ripping out, provided there is no evidence of inappropriate use. In all other cases, we can offer repairs. Over time, normal wear and tear may cause some of the above issues, indicating the need for a new pair. Heavy impact can make the shoe’s sole rigid, reducing its shock-absorption capabilities.

CRICKET HELMETS:

Our helmets are designed to withstand challenging impacts, and their quality is comparable to motorcycle helmets. Helmets are intended for single-use and are meant to crack on impact, redirecting the force away from the user. If your helmet shows any signs of damage, such as a broken grill, torn fabric, loose chin guard or neck adjuster, or a snapped buckle, please contact us, and we will assist in repairing or replacing it.

APPAREL/BAGS:

If your apparel shows any tearing in the fabric, stitches opening up, buttons ripping out, or color runs, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund, including return freight, if the fault is deemed genuine. The same policy applies to kitbags, including straps, wheels, pullout trolleys, and zippers. Repair may be attempted if feasible, otherwise, a replacement or refund will be provided, depending on the condition and usage. Inappropriate usage is not covered.

CRICKET BALLS:

Cricket balls endure significant wear and tear during the game. While we make every effort to ensure their durability, they may occasionally lose their shape or show signs of wear. As long as the balls meet the Go/No-go standards set by the International Cricket Council (ICC), they are considered suitable for play unless otherwise decided by the Umpire. If you believe that the ball has not performed as expected, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
